Elizabeth’s Graduation

My wife and I could not be happier with Ross's video of my wife's Graduation from medical school; his creative choices and technical expertise perfectly captured this life-event's joy, excitement, and solemn sense of accomplishment.  Not only is the finished product terrific, but working with Ross was a real delight: he is a skilled and knowledgeable professional... and he was kind, gracious, and easy-going, yet always aware and respectful of the great importance this moment had for us and our family.  We had considered video-taping the event ourselves (as we had done upon occasion in the past) but handing the task over to Ross not only resulted in a finished product that is far superior to anything we could have created but, as importantly, not having to handle a camera allowed us to be more deeply engaged with this special moment and with each-other.      –Tobias I.

Erin and Michael Josh MPA’s

Fifteen years ago our family decided to draw names every Christmas and write a poem for that person... keeping it secret, of course.  Worked well.  Always touching, always funny.  However, after drawing my daughter’s name three years in a row, I decided to try something different and say what I wanted to say with images instead of words.  My first thought:  Ross.  He gathered up stacks of photos, made suggestions about music, and created an 8 minute moving photo album.Well... when the piece debuted on Christmas Eve, there wasn’t a dry eye in the house.  It was so successful that I traded for my son’s name the following year, and had Ross make another one!  Result?  Not a dry eye in the house.  These were the best and most appreciated presents I’ve ever given to anyone.  And it was all because Ross knew exactly how to take “every day” photos and bring them to life.  Nobody could have done it better.  I’ve watched both MPA’s at least 100 times each and I never get tired of them.  In fact, I think I’ll go and watch them again right now.      –Judy F.

Rob and Emily’s Wedding in Hawaii

Planning this wedding with family and friends flying in from around the globe was not a simple process.  Many things to think about, considering this was to be a five day event, filled with all the traditional wedding preparations... and some traditional Hawaiian ones as well.  With so much going on, we knew we wanted the entire five days videotaped.  In essence, capturing this once-in-a-lifetime experience was a top priority and when we came across irisproduction.com, saw the work that Ross had done for other people, and compared it to other websites, we knew we had to hire him.  After meeting him in person, we knew he’d fit in well with the family.  And he proved us right.  He was respectful of the wedding process yet never missed anything with his camera.  In the end, we got exactly what we asked for, a beautiful wedding video that captured the love and spirit of the entire gathering, a video that family and friends actually ask to watch over and over.  We couldn’t have asked for anything more.    –Rob K.
